Going To My Sister's House
Henare and I went to our sister's house so we could help her look after my niece Patience and the rest of the kids. My big brother went in the car and he took us to a big field for us to play. We played for 3 hours but we got tired so we went back home for a shower, had dinner and watched T.V.
When we woke up my stomach was empty and I was hungry so me and my cousins and brothers came for breakfast. We had Nutri -Gran and it was really scrumptious. My dad had come and we went back home. It was so fun playing at our sister's house.

Touch Rugby Training
Touch Rugby
On Thursday the 5th of November we had touch rugby. The coach who taught us was Trevor. He has been teaching kids at schools for many years. He taught us how to play touch and the basic skills of Touch Rugby. We were split into 4 groups and the activities began.
We played two games. The first game was great fun and the second game was alright but I preferred the first game. After all the energy we put into touch we were all tired, we said “bye” to Trevor and walked back to class and rushed to monitors.
Although we were sweating it was still fun and Trevor was cool to….

On Friday the 6th it was the Poetry Recital. There was lots of people chosen for the Poetry Recital from every class, from our class there was Elizabeth and Florida. Everyone had their turn and they look like they had lots of fun up there. It was Elizabeth and Florida's turn, they looked so nervous when they were up there. When they were finished everyone started clapping. The contesters all got a certificates. It was fun watching all the people who participated in Poetry Recital.

Star Reading Test
Star Reading Test
Mrs Golder instructed us to START our test. It was easy. I kept on going but then it got more complicated and difficult later on.
All my nerves were getting to me. I used what I learnt from Cloze Reading to help with my test. The palm of my hands were getting sweaty so I kept swapping the positions that I held my pencil in. I got distracted multiple times by Mrs Golder’s voice
I finished the last question and Mrs Golder said “stop”. That was the end of the test, the test was finally over and I was so happy that I had finished.
